If you own a license key for a previous version of Timeo and your subscription for major updates and priority support has expired you can buy and update to the current version at a discounted price.

 Buy conditions

License key :

Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive an email containing your license key.

Normally,  you will receive your license key within a period of 1 business day. If you do not receive your license key in 1 business day, please check your "Spam" folder and contact us via the contact form specifying your order number.

Upgrades and support :

Minor release updates of Timéo are free of charge. For exemple : if you buy version 2.0, the key is valid for version 2.1, 2.2, ...

Major upgrades are free of chrage for a perid of one year from the date of purchase. For example : if you buy Timéo - Personal Edition version 2.8.1 and if Timéo - Personal Edition version 3.0 is released 9 months after your purchase, you can download and use this new version. If a new license key is needed, and if you don't received it, just contact us and we will send it to you immediately.

During this one year period, you will also receive priority support via e-mail. We normally resolve problems within 24 service hours.

Payment :

All payments are done through Paypal. You do not need to have or create a Paypal account to purchase your license, you can pay securely with your credit card directly without Paypal account.
